NEW FEATURES for 2009
- The basic Federal Tax rate will be changed, and most of the Provincial and Territorial rates remain unchanged. There are some minor adjustments in the Federal, Provincial and Territorial calculations due to the indexing factor.
- The 2009 EI Premium
remains at $1.73 for 2009.
- The 2009 CPP rate will remain at 4.95% on Pensionable Earnings between $3500 and $46300, which has increased from $44900 in 2008.
- The indexing factor

is 1.25%, (an increase from
1.19% last year).
- We will be updating the PAYTIME
Online Manual to the Internet at our web site at: http://zarcom.com
thus allowing to print out the latest
version of the manual. We also have a frequently
asked
question (FAQ) section, to answer some of your common questions.
- More information is being add to the PAYTIME Help feature. It acts as an electronic Post-it note for both you and us. You can store any special instructions you may have for yourself, your staff or anyone when you are not there.
- System requirements for PAYTIME are at least an Intel Pentium Tm or AMD Phenom™,Athlon™ XP, Turion™ or Opteron™ processor equipped computer. You will also need the following hardware and operating system software:
- An IBM or IBM compatible, protected mode Pentium or AMD computer
- A VGA or SVGA monitor
- 16mb RAM minimum.
- A hard disk with 30mb of free space to install Paytime files.
