SOFTWARE SUPPORT
Basically PAYTIME is sold as is, but if you wish to have software support
you must sign the enclosed software support agreement. Upon receipt of
the agreement you will be supplied with a PIN number which must be quoted
when you request support. An alternative for support will be to give a
Visa or Master card Number at the time of purchase and you will be charged
on a time & material basis.
SOFTWARE CUSTOMIZATION
If you wish to have any customization done to PAYTIME, ZARCOM Help tm will
do this on a time & material basis.
Examples of the type of customization you may wish to have are:
1) Variable pay periods other than the standard used by PAYTIME.
2) Dovetailing to your accounting system.
3) Special rules for variable rates of pay.
4) Automatic calculation of commissions coming from a sales report program.
5) Custom Union and Pension Calculations.
